Jane Reporting for 14th September
Another quick note (though I'm starting to wonder when I'll get back to write the rest of these entries) to say that yesterday (Saturday, 14th September) we drove around Portland and up the coast to Port Angeles where we took the ferry to Victoria on Vancouver Island.
It was a very foggy crossing!

A P.S. to expand on this post. We had a quick walk around the town in the evening before having a very late meal and then to bed. Gary snapped this photo of the British Columbia Parliament Buildings lit up like a Christmas tree:
